Terms of Use

Effective date: 2026-10-01

These website terms are provided by RTP99 LLC, Texas, USA. They apply to use of the RTP99 product hub. A signed agreement, order form, or separately accepted service terms govern purchased services. If terms conflict, the applicable signed agreement controls, followed by the accepted product terms and then these website terms, subject to mandatory law.

Using the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes and must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misrepresent your identity or authority. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Product descriptions are general information; features, availability, supported countries, pricing, and service scope must be confirmed in your order.

Accounts and third-party services

Protect account credentials and report suspected compromise promptly. Linked services, payment processors, networks, app stores, registrars, and infrastructure providers may impose separate requirements and terms. A link does not extend RTP99's control over a third-party service.

Orders, fees, cancellation, and refunds

Before purchase, the order or service agreement must state the seller, service scope, fees, applicable taxes, billing interval, renewal arrangements, cancellation method, refund eligibility, and any applicable usage charges. Do not rely on a product card as a price quote or service commitment. Contact support for a billing question or cancellation request; statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

Content and intellectual property

RTP99 and its licensors retain rights in their software, branding, and website content. You retain rights in content you provide and must have permission to provide it. Any license to host or process customer content is limited by the applicable service agreement. Do not copy, misuse, or falsely represent ownership of another party's materials.

No professional advice or guaranteed outcome

Information and software outputs do not replace legal, accounting, tax, investment, religious, or other professional advice. Governance and financial tools do not certify legal compliance, tax treatment, charitable status, or audit readiness. Users remain responsible for validating decisions and records.

Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, this informational website is provided as available without promises of uninterrupted access or error-free content. Paid-service warranties, support commitments, service credits, and liability allocations must be stated in the applicable agreement. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit to be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Misuse and suspension

RTP99 may restrict website access reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, a security threat, or material misuse. Suspension, termination, customer data export, and deletion for paid services are governed by the applicable agreement and law. See the acceptable-use policy for prohibited activity.

Disputes and changes

Contact info@rtp99.com first to seek resolution. Subject to mandatory law and an applicable service agreement, Texas law governs these website terms and disputes may be brought in courts with jurisdiction in Denton County, Texas. These terms do not impose arbitration or waive non-waivable rights. Material changes will be identified with an updated effective date and any legally required notice or acceptance.

Billing questions and cancellation requests

For an RTP99 subscription, use any cancellation control provided in your account or email support@rtp99.com with your product, organization, account email, and requested cancellation date. Include a non-sensitive invoice reference if available. For a service sold by another supplier, use that supplier's account or billing channel; we can help route your request. Ask for confirmation of the effective date, final charges, and data-export arrangements. Deleting an application, disconnecting an integration, or stopping use may not cancel a subscription.

Renewal prices, notice periods, prorating, trials, usage charges, and refund eligibility depend on the terms disclosed and accepted for the particular purchase and applicable law. This page does not establish a blanket no-refund rule or authorize new charges. Dispute an unclear charge promptly through the applicable billing channel; this does not restrict bank, card-network, statutory, or other mandatory remedies. Cancellation of a software subscription is separate from a refund for a purchase made from a merchant using RTP99 Pay.

Recurring billing and agreement acceptance

Recurring charges require the disclosures and authorization applicable to the transaction. A website visit or a request for information is not authorization to debit an account. Before purchasing, review and keep the order, price, renewal and cancellation terms, and product agreements. Material changes requiring notice or renewed consent must follow applicable law and the accepted agreement. No support request or marketing-page statement replaces those requirements.

General provisions

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a right does not itself waive that right. These website terms do not create a partnership, agency, or third-party beneficiary relationship. Any assignment, confidentiality duties, indemnities, limitation of liability, or obligations continuing after a paid service ends must be addressed in the applicable service agreement, subject to mandatory law.

Annual subscriptions, cancellation, and refund review

Unless your accepted customer agreement states otherwise, RTP99 subscriptions have an annual term. Where you have authorized automatic renewal, cancellation stops the next annual renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid annual term. Submit a cancellation ticket to support@rtp99.com before renewal and retain your request. Cancellation of future renewal does not require a refund to be approved or a reason to be accepted. Support confirmation records the request; a delay in our response does not by itself authorize a renewal after a timely cancellation request.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund or prorated credit. To request a refund, open a support ticket describing the reason and the relevant invoice or transaction. We review the request against your accepted agreement, the circumstances, and applicable law. Refunds required by law are not discretionary. Approved payment or subscription adjustments are processed through Stripe where Stripe processed the charge. These rules do not restrict remedies for unauthorized charges, billing errors, failure to supply services, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

This website does not impose a new cancellation fee. Any early-termination charge must be lawful and have a specific amount or calculation and triggering conditions disclosed and accepted in the applicable customer agreement before purchase. It cannot be added retroactively merely by updating this page. Turning off the next renewal is distinct from negotiating an early end to the current contractual term.

Before activating a paid service

Review the applicable order and service terms before activation. They should identify the supplier, features, total fees, annual renewal arrangements, cancellation method, support scope, and any data-export or deletion conditions. Ask info@rtp99.com to clarify missing or conflicting information before purchasing. A marketing description, demonstration, or roadmap does not add a warranty, delivery deadline, custom feature, or service-level commitment to your agreement. An existing accepted agreement is not retroactively replaced by a later website update.

Product-specific policies

Read the payment terms for Stripe Connect and merchant responsibilities, the hosting terms for CloudYork, the privacy notice for website data practices and requests, and the acceptable-use policy for prohibited activity. Security concerns can be reported through our security reporting page. These pages do not establish a blanket regulatory certification or replace product-specific agreements, required disclosures, or rights provided by law.
