CloudYork — Hosting Service Terms
Effective date: 2026-10-01
CloudYork is a DBA of RTP99 LLC and provides hosting-related services described in your order, which may include websites, domains, email, and virtual servers. The supplier identified in your order and the accepted service agreement govern the purchase. This page does not expand a plan's included services.
Service scope and shared responsibilities
Your order must distinguish managed from unmanaged services and identify resource limits, included administration, patching, monitoring, migrations, support, and any paid extras. Customers remain responsible for lawful content, authorized users, application configuration, licenses, and tasks not expressly assigned to the provider. Keep contact and billing information current.
Availability, maintenance, and support
Availability and response commitments apply only when expressly stated in the applicable agreement. Maintenance, customer configuration, third-party failures, security incidents, and events outside reasonable control can affect service. No universal uptime percentage, 24/7 support promise, recovery time, or service credit is created by this hub. Any SLA must define measurement, exclusions, claim procedure, and remedies.
Backups and recovery
Confirm whether backups are included, what data they cover, their frequency and retention, storage location, restoration process, and any charges. A backup is not a guarantee that all data can be recovered. Maintain appropriate independent copies of important data and test restoration. Recovery objectives must be agreed for the particular workload.
Domains, email, and third-party dependencies
Domain registrations and transfers depend on registry and registrar rules, availability, accurate registrant details, and timely renewal. DNS changes can take time to propagate. Email delivery depends on recipient systems, reputation, authentication configuration, and anti-abuse controls; universal inbox delivery is not guaranteed. Third-party software licenses and service terms may apply.
Data protection and sensitive workloads
Identify the parties' controller and processor roles, required data processing agreement, subprocessors, access controls, locations, and transfer safeguards before hosting personal data. A selected region does not by itself establish GDPR, state privacy, HIPAA, PCI DSS, or other compliance. Do not upload regulated or especially sensitive data unless the service is expressly configured and contractually approved for that purpose.
Usage, abuse, and suspension
Observe the acceptable-use policy and contracted resource limits. Spam, phishing, malware, unauthorized access, illegal content, and attacks are prohibited. A provider may take proportionate action needed to contain a threat, comply with law, or address material breach, with notice and an opportunity to resolve where feasible. Emergency action may be necessary before notice.
Billing, cancellation, and exit
Your order must identify renewal periods, usage charges, cancellation timing, refund eligibility, and applicable taxes. Confirm non-recoverable third-party charges before purchase. Request data export and migration before cancellation; agree export access, retention, deletion, and backup expiry in advance. Continued storage after termination is not implied. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Contact

Renewal, cancellation, and data return
Use the billing and support channel shown in your CloudYork account to request cancellation and confirmation of its effective date. A domain, mailbox, backup service, or software license may renew separately from a hosting plan. Confirm each service you intend to stop, any third-party transfer requirements, and whether turning off a website also stops billing. Refund eligibility and non-refundable third-party costs must be disclosed for the relevant purchase; this hub does not create a blanket no-refund policy.
Before termination, arrange an export format and access method, migration responsibilities, applicable charges, and the date access will end. Deletion from live systems and expiry of backup copies may occur on different schedules under the agreement and legal retention requirements. Do not assume that a suspended or terminated service can be restored. Any required confidentiality, incident-notification, return/deletion, subprocessor, audit, and assistance duties belong in the service's data processing agreement.
For RTP99 LLC subscription orders without different accepted terms, the annual subscription, cancellation, and refund-review provisions apply. Domain and other separately ordered services follow their disclosed terms.
Request contractual safeguards before deployment
If your workload requires a data processing agreement, confidentiality terms, a particular processing location, an approved subprocessor list, incident-notification commitments, or specific recovery and deletion periods, request and agree those safeguards before uploading the affected data. General website descriptions do not establish a custom safeguard or service level. If the required arrangement has not been confirmed, do not assume the service supports the workload.
