Privacy Notice
Effective date: 2026-10-01
This notice describes how RTP99 LLC, based in Denton County, Texas, USA, handles personal information in connection with the RTP99 website and inquiries about our services. Contact us at info@rtp99.com with the subject Privacy.
Information we handle
When you contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, business contact details, organization, product interest, and message. Website infrastructure may record technical information such as IP address, requested pages, browser information, timestamps, and security events. Please do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, private keys, bank statements, or sensitive personal records in a general inquiry.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond, provide requested assistance, manage our business relationship, and address billing or support issues. Technical information is used to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the website. We may also use information to comply with applicable legal requirements, enforce agreements, and investigate misuse. Marketing activities, if offered, require the notices and choices applicable to that activity.
Products and organization accounts
Platform, POS, RTP99 Pay, CloudYork, AmanahApp, Trusivic, and masjid services may handle additional account, transaction, organizational, or hosted information. Their product notices and agreements explain those activities. Where an organization determines how its members, employees, donors, or customers use a service, that organization may control the information and instruct RTP99 as its service provider. Contact the organization first for requests about its records; we can help route a request. This website notice does not replace a required product privacy notice or data processing agreement.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be disclosed to providers involved in hosting, communications, support, security, and payment services as needed for the relevant purpose. Payment providers may have independent obligations and their own privacy notices. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business restructuring subject to applicable safeguards and notice requirements.
Cookies and links
The RTP99 marketing pages add no advertising tags, analytics scripts, third-party fonts, or payment forms. The hosting environment and any installed software may use cookies or other storage. If deployed on WordPress, WordPress and separately installed plugins may also use cookies, including for login and security. Optional tracking, if introduced, is subject to the notices and choices required by applicable law. Following a product link takes you to a separate service with its own practices.
Retention and security
Retention depends on the purpose of collection, the service relationship, legal obligations, and legitimate security or dispute needs. RTP99 must maintain and apply a documented retention schedule; request details through the privacy contact. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. We do not promise that incidents can never occur.
Your choices and requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to some uses, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain processing. Send requests to info@rtp99.com with the subject Privacy request. We may need to verify identity and authority using proportionate information. If a request is denied, reply with Privacy appeal for review. You may also have the right to contact a regulator. Mandatory rights are not limited by this notice.
International use and children
Service providers may process information in locations outside your jurisdiction. Any required transfer arrangements must be established for the relevant service. Our business inquiry website is intended for adults acting for businesses or organizations, not for children to submit personal information. Contact us if a child has provided information so we can investigate and address it. Products serving schools or children require a separately assessed arrangement.
Changes and contact
We will identify the effective date of a published revision and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required for material changes. Contact: RTP99 LLC, Texas, USA; info@rtp99.com.
How to submit a privacy request
Email info@rtp99.com or write to RTP99 LLC at the address below. Identify the product, the type of request, and an email associated with your account. Do not include identity documents or sensitive records in the initial message. An authorized representative may contact us; we may request evidence of authority and verification permitted by law. We handle requests and appeals within applicable legal deadlines. Exceptions, retention obligations, and the rights of other people may limit a request; where required, we explain a refusal and available appeal options. We do not unlawfully discriminate against people for exercising privacy rights.
For a denied request, email the same address with the subject Privacy appeal and the original request reference. Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies, requests generally receive a response within 45 days, with a permitted extension when needed, and appeals within 60 days. A denied Texas appeal may be referred to the Texas Attorney General complaint process. These statutory procedures apply according to the law's scope and exceptions.
Sensitive organizational information
Membership, donation, prayer, and community records may reveal religious beliefs or other sensitive information. Organizations should collect only what is needed, restrict access, and establish appropriate notices, permissions, and processing agreements before using a product for such records. Do not send these records through general website inquiries. Contact us before proposing children's information, health records, biometric identifiers, or other regulated workloads.
Stripe payment services
RTP99 Pay uses Stripe Connect. Payment, account verification, fraud prevention, and related processing are subject to the applicable account configuration, agreements, and Stripe Privacy Policy. Stripe and RTP99 may exchange account and transaction information needed to provide the connected service. Contact the relevant merchant for requests about an underlying purchase and RTP99 for information handled in providing its platform services.
Additional product information
Before providing personal information through an organization account, review the notice applicable to that product and the organization controlling its records. You may contact info@rtp99.com to request information about the relevant processing purposes, recipient categories, retention, locations, and available contractual safeguards. This marketing-site notice does not authorize unrestricted reuse of customer, donor, member, or hosted information. Where law requires notice of a personal-information incident, the applicable notification requirements govern.
