Acceptable Use Policy

Use RTP99 services lawfully, with authorization, and within your service agreement. You are responsible for your users, content, and applications to the extent specified in that agreement and applicable law.
Prohibited activity
- Fraud, unlawful transactions, deceptive impersonation, or misrepresentation of a business, charity, or recipient.
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, unauthorized access, denial-of-service attacks, or attempts to evade security and account restrictions.
- Spam, unlawful marketing, harassment, exploitation, or unlawful discriminatory or abusive content.
- Illegal sexual content, child exploitation material, content infringing another party's rights, or unlawful disclosure of personal information.
- Processing prohibited payments, laundering money, evading sanctions, or using another party's payment account without authorization.
- Unauthorized scanning, cryptocurrency mining, bulk messaging, or other workloads that breach the agreed hosting plan or materially disrupt other users.
Content and reporting
Obtain rights and permissions for content you upload, publish, or display. Organizations must decide who may publish to public screens and verify announcements, prayer times, and other time-sensitive information. Report suspected abuse to support@rtp99.com with the subject Abuse report. Include the relevant URL, timestamps, and a factual description. Do not redistribute illegal content or expose sensitive information to make a report.
Enforcement
Subject to the applicable agreement and law, RTP99 may investigate, request corrective action, restrict affected functionality, or suspend access where reasonably necessary. Notice and an opportunity to correct a problem will be provided where feasible; urgent threats or legal requirements may require immediate action. Request a review by replying with the subject Abuse appeal. This policy does not promise continuous monitoring or remove obligations under law.
Rights complaints and legal requests
For a copyright, trademark, or other rights complaint, identify the affected URL, the material at issue, the right you hold or represent, and a way to contact you. Send only the information needed to evaluate the report. This general contact channel is not a representation that RTP99 has registered a statutory copyright agent or qualifies for a particular safe harbor. Legal notices may be sent to RTP99 LLC, Texas, USA; service of legal process must satisfy applicable law.
